GRILLED CHEESE

My second post had to be in English, because W. commented/complained he could not understand what the first one was about (that's not true, but it's another story).

It also makes sense to write this one in English since it was his idea to make this delicious and oh-so-easy meal. Moreover, even in French it's called a “grilled cheese”, not a “sandwich au fromage grillé”!


The grilled cheese sandwich at the bottom of the photo (our favorite) was goat cheese and caramelized onion.  

The other was raclette cheese and pears (apples would also be delicious).
This meal was so good, that we had it two nights in a row!
